Winter is coming to a close now -- spring is just a few weeks away. Snow was never-ending this year. I am anxious for Spring, but the weather has me wondering what type of storms are we in store for. I am really scared of spring storms -- tornadoes!!!!
I am sitting here watching a news program and enjoying the peace of the morning. Am patiently awaiting a dog wheel chair for my old dog who has injured his back. Buddy is doing better and is trying so hard to over-come this on his own. He was a hand-me down puppy -- how many homes he had before I was blessed with him is unknown for sure. He has suffered so much abuse in his life. Bud probably is 8 to 10 years old. At times you see people that have overcome such health difficulties and wonder how they continued on -- well, Bud has shown me that you can over come anything if you really want to. His love and strength keeps him going on and on for me. We have given him love and in return he hands out so much love with his wet kisses and smiles, yes smiles -- he grins at us with his cute lips. Bud is a combination of rat terrior and chihuahua. He is not the most beautiful dog in the world -- but he is gorgeous with his love and compassion for everyone and everything. I hope I can keep Buddy in my life for along time yet -- but time runs out sometimes too soon.
